DFIC Ticket Refund Policy

The Drogheda Filipino Irish Community (DFIC) is a non-profit organisation. This policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to tickets purchased for DFIC events.

1. General Terms
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or as outlined below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Event Cancellation
In the event that DFIC cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified by DFIC.

4. Change of Mind / Non-Attendance
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or failure to attend an event.

5. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another individual. DFIC is not responsible for any issues arising from private ticket transfers between individuals.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of DFIC. Any such consideration does not create an obligation to provide a refund.

7. Fees and Charges
Where applicable, booking or transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
